Privacy and cookies
Short version: this site does not track you and sets no cookies.
The NM Élite Studio website sets no cookies, uses no analytics and loads nothing from third-party servers: the fonts and images are hosted on the same domain as the page. Nothing is collected while you browse. Personal data reaches us only if you choose to write, call or book.
Who the data controller is
The studio is run by two self-employed trainers, each with his own VAT registration. The data controller is whichever of them you contact:
Mattia Cenni — VAT 04835330400, Via Tenuta 49 D, Villa Verucchio (RN), Italy. Certified email mattiacenni@legalmail.it, telephone +39 333 368 2181.
Nicolas Vanucci — VAT 04859490403, Via San Rocco 79, Verucchio (RN), Italy. Certified email nicolas.vanucci@pecaruba.it, telephone +39 333 641 3495.
What this site does
No cookies, not even technical ones. No Google Analytics or any other measurement tool. No advertising pixels. The typefaces are hosted on this domain rather than fetched from Google Fonts, and the map is not embedded — there is a link instead, which only opens if you click it.
Like any website, the server that hosts it logs the requests it receives — IP address, date and time, page requested — to run the service and for security. Those logs belong to the hosting provider and are not used to profile anyone.
When you do get in touch
There is no contact form on this site. Getting in touch means using an outside channel, which opens only because you chose it — and your data then also passes through that provider.
WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland) if you open a chat from the buttons here. Calendly (Calendly LLC, United States) if you book online: you give them your name, email and possibly a phone number directly. Email and telephone if you write to nmelitestudio@gmail.com or call; the mailbox is hosted by Google.
What you give us — your name, your contact details and whatever you tell us about your goals — is used only to reply and to organise your training. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and the contract itself if there is one (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). It is never sold, shared or used for advertising.
Health data
To programme safely we may need to know about past injuries or conditions that limit certain movements, and Italian law requires a sports medical certificate before you start. That is special category data under Art. 9 GDPR: it is collected only if you provide it, processed with your explicit consent, used solely to set up your training and disclosed to nobody.
How long we keep it, and your rights
Enquiries that do not become clients are deleted within twelve months. Client records are kept for as long as the relationship lasts and then for the ten years Italian law requires of accounting documents.
At any time you can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how it is used, receive it in a portable format or object to the processing (Arts. 15-22 GDPR). Write to whichever trainer you deal with, at the details above. If the answer does not satisfy you, you can complain to the Italian data protection authority, garanteprivacy.it.
