Questions and answers

The ones that reach us most often, written down once.

NM Élite Studio is open by appointment every day from 6am to 10pm, at Via Marecchiese 354 in Villa Verucchio, near Rimini. You can train one to one, in a small group of two or three, from €210 a month. The first hour is free, and Italian law requires a non-competitive sports medical certificate to train.

Before you come

Is this a gym?

No. NM Élite Studio is a private personal training studio. There is no open membership and no floor to use on your own: you book a time, and a trainer runs the session with you.

Will we understand each other?

Send a WhatsApp message before you book. Mattia and Nicolas answer their own phones — not a call centre — so you will know straight away.

Can I just turn up?

No. Outside booked hours the room is closed. A WhatsApp message is enough, even half an hour beforehand if a slot is free.

What does the first visit cost?

Nothing. The first hour is free: goals, a movement assessment and a first run through the room.

What should I bring?

Clean indoor trainers and a towel. That is it.

Do I need a medical certificate?

To train, yes: a valid non-competitive sports medical certificate, which any GP can issue. You can bring it after the free hour.

Is there parking?

Yes — free, right outside the door.

How the training works

How long is a session?

Sixty minutes, in both formats.

How many people are on the floor?

Just you one to one, two or three in a small group. Either way, never more than five people on the floor at once.

I have not trained in years. Is that a problem?

No — it is the most common case. Training builds up gradually from your current level, starting with a movement assessment.

I have had an injury. Can I train?

Tell us in the first hour and the programme takes it into account. One thing to be clear about: this is coaching, not physiotherapy or diagnosis. If the injury is recent or still being treated, your doctor or physio decides, not us.

Can I train with my partner or a friend?

Yes — that is the small group: two or three people, €225 a month each for two sessions a week on the 6-month term.

Do you write meal plans?

No. Diet belongs to a registered nutritionist or dietitian, not to a personal trainer.

Paying and cancelling

What does it cost to train here?

From €210 a month for a small group and €340 one to one, on the 12-month term. Or session packages, from €55 for a single session. Everything is on the pricing page.

How do I pay?

Arranged at the studio when you start. Each trainer invoices under his own VAT number.

What if I miss a session?

Let us know in advance and the slot moves. Common sense both ways — an hour held and not cancelled is an hour lost to everybody.

Your question is not here

Send it on WhatsApp. The two of us answer, not a call centre.
